DESCRIPTION:HANCOCK \n1:00 – 3:00 \nThere is no fee for Exploration Thursdays\, but donations are welcome. \nJoin us for a variety of fun activities and field trips where we explore the arts\, nature\, athletics\, and culture in the Keweenaw! \n \nClubs meet during weeks when Kaleidoscope is in session. \nSemester 1 runs from September 12th-December 23rd\, and Semester 2 runs from January 23rd-May 12th. She attended Michigan Technological University\, where she earned a B.S. in Biology and Science Education and then an M.S. in Forest Ecology. \nAfter many years teaching and many more great experiences in rural Alaska\, she and her husband decided to move their family back to the Upper Peninsula. Meg has been homeschooling their 3 kids since 2020. \nMeg loves to inspire students to fall in love with science and to make science visible and accessible to all learners. She enjoys photography\, reading\, hiking\, snowshoeing\, gardening\, and\, of course\, adventures with her family — preferably with no cell service. \n \nClick Here to Register!
