Battle of the Books 2025 Results

On August 14th, nearly 50 eager readers and their families gathered at the L'Anse Township Park for Kaleidoscope's 5th annual Battle of the Books. Cool in the shade and warm in the sun, we couldn't have asked for a better day at the park. Crafts and lawn games kept kids entertained in the downtime. We sincerely hope every participant left feeling like a winner with a door prize, t-shirt, and mostly importantly, having enjoyed good books and teamwork. 

That being said, here are the winning teams of our cash prizes! First place was $50 for each team member and second place was $25. We had so many 6th-8th grade teams that we added a third place prize for them of $10.
