Every child is an actor and has valuable ideas and talents to share. In this class, students can learn the basics of projection, articulation, dramatic movement, and improvisation while also building self-confidence through imaginative character-building and group scene work. Lots of fun improv games will be included!
Christy Wilson
Christy is an instructor at Kaleidoscope L’Anse. She has worked with kids all of her life! When she was 20, she starting working with Youth Programs in the Air Force. She worked in the Youth Programs for over 15 years, working with children ages between 5 and 18. She has 3 children and has been married for over 27 years. Christy has wanted to teach and work with kids since she was a kid herself! Christy has been going to college in and off for years and is going to college now pursuing a degree in Anishinaabe Arts at the KBOCC. She will include what she's learned there into her curriculum at Kaleidoscope.
